Harefield Place in Ickenham makes the short list
Harefield Place in Ickenham has been shortlisted within the ‘Best Change of Use of an Existing Building’ category at the prestigious LABC London Building Excellence Awards 2020.
The 'Best Change of Use of an Existing Building' category recognises work undertaken to change a building from one use to another, with a particular focus on improving the building's original use and its aesthetics.
The grade II listed building at Harefield Place, which dates from the early 18th century, has been transformed by Manorgrove Homes from former office buildings into a collection of luxury two and three bedroom apartments.
Harefield Place is situated in Ickenham, just off The Drive - one of the most desirable private roads in Middlesex.
