There’s no end of amazing eateries to be found in the area surrounding Harefield Place, so we have had a scout around to find some of the best venues, offering a variety of cuisines. Are there any hidden gems you think we need add to our list?
Located in the nearby village of Denham, Da Remo is an authentic Italian restaurant, established in 1988. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and provides good ambience in an intimate setting. They serve both traditional and contemporary Italian food, and have an extensive wine list so you can properly match your drink to your meal.
Denham has another great find just round the corner, and that is Sukanya Thai – a lovely, authentic Thai restaurant. They pride themselves on the relationships they cultivate with their regulars and change their specials as often as possible, so you will always find something new! They are also happy to tone down the spice on any dish you ask for, to cater to all tastes.
Another gorgeous Italian restaurant, Nonna Rosa is spread over two floors with an amazing roof terrace for outside dining, when the weather allows. They have recently unveiled a new menu, designed by chef Brian Scully who has previously worked at Daphne’s and The Ivy. They also have an enormous selection of cocktails on offer for something a bit different with dinner.
This tiny French bistro is a real find. The team at Martin’s Place aim to bring the cultural significance and emotional attachment of a bistro to England. All the food is cooked to order and locally sourced, and here the customer experience is king. You are strongly advised to book ahead in order to get the feeling of a friendly neighbourhood restaurant with exquisite food and wine to match.
On a more casual note, this family-style restaurant is a Travellers’ Choice 2020 winner. The offering of wood-fired pizza and, as the name would suggest, a huge selection of grilled dishes are very popular. There are options to pick toppings to build your own custom pizza and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming to all.
