Harefield Place in Ickenham has won ‘Best Change of Use of an Existing Building’ at the eagerly anticipated LABC London Building Excellence Awards this month.
The grade II listed building at Harefield Place, which dates from the early 18th century, has been transformed by Manorgrove Homes from former office buildings into a collection of luxury two and three bedroom apartments.
The original Georgian mansion now comprises nine luxury apartments, known as the Classic Collection.
